Contemporary tea ceremony
A five-seat, fine dining tea experience designed around Circadian's exclusive cultivar of Japan's most prestigious tea, paired with hand crafted seasonal cuisine.
At the centre of the experience is our contemporary interpretation of Gyokuro.
The ceremony unfolds as an open, two-way conversation, where guests taste, touch and learn about Japan's rarest plant.
We also combine the experience with a private look into the Circadian laboratory, which is responsible for research and innovation behind each of our Gyokuro exploration.

Circadian Gyokuro Atelier
Complimenting the cultural heritage of Gyokuro, our Berlin Atelier is built inside of Funkhaus, the former river-side East German broadcasting complex and home to phenomenal recording studios.
It is adaptable by nature. And we would be delighted to host private dinners, corporate off sites and key moments for a sophisticated audience.
Five seats
Six Gyokuro infusions exploring different parts of the plant that are rarely encountered outside of Japan.
Paired with seasonal Wagashi developed by our in-house chef.
