Harvest
Drawn from the stems of our exclusive Gyokuro cultivar. Separated at the steaming stage to undergo a further time under heat to extract more flavour from the flesh. The plants underwent full three weeks of gradual shading and harvest took place between April 21 and April 27. A full week earlier than expected due to a warm spring.
